Which photo is better? Why?
The picture in the hall is better because it shows a more clear shallow depth of field.
What would you want to use as a shallow depth of field?
A shallow depth of field would be good for portraits to focus on the face and blur out the background.
When/ in what situation would a large depth of field be better?
A large depth of field would be better for focusing on whats further away.
Strongest and Weakest
The first four photos are the strongest because there is a clear shallow depth of field. Also in the hallways, there is a repetition of lines and shapes on the walls and floor. The last two are the weakest because the camera was not set correct to show a shallow depth of field but they do have repetition of lines and shape.
